Daddy’s Basmati rice undergoes stringent quality control measures under very hygienic conditions to enhance aroma, extra length, texture and nutritive values of proteins, dietary fibres, carbohydrates, lipids etc. It is attractively packed immediately after processing, drying and sorting (at the factory) in order to preserve the aroma and to avoid the outside ingredients. We do not involve any agents and

keep track of the shipment until it is handed over to the satisfied buyer. Precisely, we ensure the consumers get the product “factory fresh”.

Daddy’s Long Grain Basmati

• SIR: Extra long, raw Basmati Rice generally used for high profile parties.
• PRIME: Long grain parboiled Basmati carefully graded to meet various recipes.
• DELIGHT: Long grain Basmati parboiled mixed together to give an optimum taste. Generally in demand in restaurants.
• PAMPER: Long grain raw Basmati mixed together to meet excellent taste for daily consumption.
• FAMILY: Long grain basmati for mass consumption.

• TULSI MANJRI: Short grain Basmati for daily consumption. Improves the quality of rice sweet dishes.

Specifications of Daddy’s Basmati rice

In order to preserve health and nature, Daddy’s also practices eco-farming with organic seeds, bio-pesticides, bio-agents and organic manures. It is chemical free, adulteration free, GM free foods – directly from farmers. Daddy’s organic range includes:

• White long grain: Length of the grain is generally above 7 mm.
• Aromatic rice i.e. it possesses the natural fragrance characteristics of Basmati Rice both in the raw and cooked state.
• Maximum 1% broken.
• Moisture less than 12%.
• Foreign matter less than 0.5%
• Sorted clean rice.
• It has uniform size, shape and colour.
• It is free from musty or obnoxious odour and carries no sign of mould or webs and dead or live weevils.
